Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a reservation.
Booking Confirmation
Once your booking has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed, your reservation becomes final and non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are final.
- No cancellations are permitted after the booking has been confirmed.
- No changes to the travel date, time, activity, or participant details are allowed after confirmation.
- Failure to attend the tour (No Show) will result in the full booking amount being charged, with no refund.
Refund Policy
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- The tour is cancelled by El Magd Tours.
- The activity cannot be operated due to circumstances under our control.
In these cases, customers will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- An alternative date or similar tour (subject to availability).
